If you have any questions about the order and the package, please communicate with our customer service via email(service@poomelo.com) first, we always reply in 24 hours. Please do not initiate a complaint/dispute directly.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced, Whether the order has been dispatched or produced is subject to our reply email. You will receive a full refund if the order is confirmed to be cancelable. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Note Specially
If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address or phone number filled by the customer. We will not accept refunds initiated as a result. So please check the address carefully when placing an order.
If the buyer chooses the wrong color or model to place an order, we cannot provide a direct refund or exchange.So please choose the color and model carefully when placing an order.
For the above two cases, we will provide a discount code of 5-10 dollars for buyers to re-order, please contact our customer service(service@poomelo.com) to obtain the discount code.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the package has been received, not caused by quality problems, then consumers can not apply for a refund.
